This site (Pass Notary Exam) and each course on it are owned and operated by DataPig LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.
No affiliation. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state commissioning authority or the National Notary Association. Per-course disclosures:
- Notary Public: Notary law is state-specific. Verify current state rules before acting.
- Notary Signing Agent: Built to the NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent certification examination and Signing Professionals Workgroup (SPW) standards published by the National Notary Association (verified 2026-07-12). The exam is 45 multiple-choice questions with an 80% pass mark (36 of 45), renewed ANNUALLY together with an SPW background screening (a 25-point scorecard). The NNA publishes no per-topic item weights; the drill emphases here (Loan Documents heaviest, then Role, Notarial Acts, Rescission, Compliance) are honest estimates from the NNA five-lesson course, stated as estimates everywhere. The three-business-day rescission (Reg Z 1026.23: Saturdays count, Sundays and legal public holidays excluded, refinance-only) is drilled with worked examples. This app trains the unauthorized-practice-of-law boundary — an NSA identifies documents and refers questions to the lender, escrow, or an attorney, and never advises on loan terms or legal effect. This is a drill layer, not the NNA exam and not a commissioning authority; notary commissions are issued by your state. Original items; no NNA exam content reproduced. NNA and Notary Signing Agent certification marks belong to the National Notary Association; not affiliated with or endorsed by the NNA.
Intellectual property. The site, its design, original content, audio, and software are © 2026 DataPig LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All practice items are original study material; no proctored exam content is reproduced. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.
Payments & refunds. Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once per course and never auto-renewed. Purchasing one course grants access to that course only. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — processed automatically. Request it in-app (Help → Request a refund) or email support@passnotaryexam.com. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Provided “as is.” The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataPig LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes. DataPig LLC may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
